You never know what you're getting here. Occasionally it's like a regular chipotle. Other times....inconsistent portions,... crunchy rice, meat is cut into giant pieces(which are never the right temp imo), sometimes with a bunch of fat, or too salty.Having to repeatedly ask for more to get a normal amount. Also been ripped off in the drive through as others have said. Doublesteak bowl was over$15 and about 1/3 full. What a shame...so convenient to order online and pick up. Read more
I ordered a chicken bowl online hoping I wouldn't ripped off AGAIN but I was too optimistic... just because you cant see your... customers in person doesn't mean you should rip them off. I'm not the type of person to complain much either but this isactually ridiculous... the bag of chips was almost the same weight as the bowl. Don't order from this location unless you wantto pay $20 for a 1/4 cup of food. Read more
My family was visiting from out of town. We came to this location late in the evening. I was a bit apprehensive we would... encounter old food and bad attitudes based on the time but it was quite the opposite. The food was still fresh, the staff veryfriendly and the bathrooms were clean. It was such a relief (having little ones with us). The whole restaurant was in a cleanstate actually. Even the high chairs. Which again, is a huge relief and becoming harder to find in restaurants. I wish I gotsome of the names of the crew that evening, just to give a shout out. I work out of the area so I try a number of different chipotle locations. Ravenna Ohio Chipotle is just very gross. They slide... the bowl over a dirty counter and have sauce and sour cream on the outside of the bowl. I have to admit I?ve tried this locationa handful of times, but I?ve had enough. They keep using the fat off of the steak and chicken to make more to go around. I?veaddressed this issue every time I eat here and sometimes the rice isn?t cooked. This means you have to pick fat out every biteyou eat and crunch rice that feels like bones. It?s sad this is the only chipotle that?s close by my home because my husband andI love it. I?ve complained several times but seems they continue to do it. Possibly-?more to go around?? Read more
