Sign said will not open till 9:30 due to short staff and stocking. 2 employees were making... themselves coffee and standing around talking. 2 then went outside to smoke while customers were waiting. Didn't say anything to us at the window then practically threw the food bag at us before just as quickly closing the window.... We were on a trip and I decided spur of the moment to go inside and get a dozen donuts while my husband filled the gas tank. I... stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and the three individuals who were behind the counter glanced my way but didn't acknowledgeme. If they'd been busy, that would have been understandable, but they were mostly just chatting, only doing a few drive thruorders in the entire time that I was there. Finally, I asked one as they passed near me if that register wasn't open. Theyinformed me that they only serve the drive thru. It would have been nice if they had a sign up stating that or if the workershad shown the common courtesy of telling me that instead of ignoring me as I stood there for 10+ minutes. Read more
Ya know, I have to give this specific Dunkin? location a 5 star rating. First and foremost, the customer service was s... consistently friendly and accommodating. True, sometimes the wait time can be a bit much. But I totally don?t mind it.Everywhere and everyone is running a little bit slower than before. Hit or miss weather they are actually open during their posted hours. Slow service if you do catch them open, like 20-30 mins to... make it through the drive thru with 2-3 cars in front of you. you can't leave the drive thru once your in it. Dunkin' is usually a 4 star place in my book but not this particular location. In the last 6 months I have been here 3 times and... 3 times they have failed. First time was 30 minute wait for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. Not the only ones in line. Which once youorder in drive-thru you are stuck there. Second time was early in the morning ~5:30. Realized they were not open inside anddrive through only. Bad part is the drive through wasn't open either during posted hours. Last time we waited in line beforeNoon to be told they selling drinks and whatever donuts were on hand. The employees at the window talking were complaining howthere were call offs and that no manager was on site and would come in.
