Went into get a couple of drinks and a lottery ticket after work on Saturday afternoon. Ended up watching an employee go... ballistic on an innocent customer (who seemed to be much younger than the employee) about something that seems to have happenoutside of the work environment. Employee proceeded to swear and use inappropriate language (yelling, I might add) across thestore. Was absolutely sickening to see this happen and not a single manager stepped in. Hope the young lady (employee) was firedimmediately. Wish I could give this place negative stars. Corporate should take action. Completely unprofessional. Read more
Ordered food at the kiosk, paid for it, stood by the kitchen counter for 10 minutes, finally asked for a refund and went... somewhere else. Then Dana gave us every excuse in the book as to why she didn't make our food, and the manager Krystal went intoher office and hid like a little girl. This is my favorite GetGo! They always have a great selection and good service.
I paid at the pump, getgo placed a hold on my account and didn't give me any fuel. So, now I have to wait till the hold comes... off, nobody knows when that will be or why it even happened. No help at all. Read more

Not only is the staff at this store VERY nice and friendly, they also are a "pilot store" so they're testing these very cool... cooler doors for all of their drinks. At first glance it feels chaotic and confusing... BUT once you walk past a fewconsecutive doors they all change from product ads for what's behind those doors into a digital display of what is ACTUALLYavailable in that particular cooler. I asked a staff member about them and they explained that when a row of particular product(let's say Monster Energy Drinks) is empty, a sensor in the front of the row realizes that there isn't a product there and thatrow then changes to appearing empty (faded out picture of the product) on the digital display door. For a tech geek like methat's a really cool innovation. And according to the staff, despite taking up energy to run the display doors, it actuallyprevents people from opening them unnecessarily to then discover the product they want is out of stock so it keeps the coolertemps down and saves electricity in the long run.
