Every time I order I go pick it up and never had an issue. First time I get delivery he gave me half my order and half some one... else's. I called he came back and switched bags.. but I was still left without one of my items. Called the manager and theyare making a new one. The food has always been very very good. Professionalism, customer service, customer care isn't there. ?????????? FOOD This place has the best flavored chicken, jojos,... pizza, and creamy coleslaw. Tonight ruined it for me and that's why I'm giving a 1 star. I have ordered here several times buttoday was definitely not the place to order from. I placed my order, was told it would be there in one hour. After an hour anhalf I tried calling it kept going to v.m. I got fed up, drove up there and that's where I found out my chicken and jojos hadbeen sitting in a vehicle for one hour because the delivery person forgot someone's chicken and drove back to therestaurant. When I first walked in I noticed the phones sitting on the counter which explains why no one was answering thephone and why it was going to v.m. I asked if one of those orders that were headed out the door was mine, one of the ladiesstarted yelling at the delivery driver and once she had mentioned that my food was in the vehicle for an hour I told them Ididn't want it! As soon as I said that the other lady turned around and snapped at me, said "it hasn't been in the car for anhour" then she looked at her watch and asked "what time did you order" I said "5:20 almost 2 hours ago". The gentleman wentoutside to his vehicle grabbed my food (that had been in his car for an hour). He came back in pulled it out of the bag. I triedtelling them that they should of called me to tell me that it was going to be late. The lady who got snappy with me said "we hadto take our phones off the hook" she handed my food to me and said " did you pay yet" I said "no" she said "you can have it" andwalked away. Unfortunately the only thing that was good from there tonight was the creamy coleslaw. Our chicken and jojos werecold. We warmed them up in the oven and that pretty much just ruined them. ordered chicken here. I like their chicken. From this location in Ravenna 3 times my chicken has come to me not done and in one... case stuck together and under cooked. If I get chicken from Gionino's it will be somewhere else and I will bring it home. Lookat those breasts before you nosh on them! Read more

Got there cauliflower crust pizza for the first time today and I asked for extra sauce and let me tell ya...they did NOT... disappoint! Tasted very good and they were awesome w/ the toppings. I normally just order the wings but this will be my new goto! My kitty approved too! Read more
Had delivery today. Everything was was very delicious. Chicken was so moist. Pizza was very good. Wish they had French fries.
