Trash.. waited 15 minutes for our food and they screwed up a simple plain cheese burger! They weren't busy in the slightest we... were the only ones there. Works sounded miserable and just didn't care. Read more
Fries were okay, they didn?t give me sauce for my stale chicken, and they gave me a burger full of Mayo when I asked for none.... Never had Hardee?s before and I tried it for the first and last time today. Read more
It's a Hardees. I like Hardees, but unfortunately they were out of a number of pop flavors when we were there. Additionally,... my Western Bacon burger did not have the onion rings on it and had ketchup in place of the barbeque sauce. The fries were hotand fresh like they just come off the baskets, which was a plus. Overall, not terrible, (I lived, didn't I?) but also not goodeither, even by drive-up fast food standards. Read more
The drive thru speaker was not making the employee loud enough to hear and I really struggled to get through the order process.... The employees were nice once I got to the window ans could actually hear them...but they did forget to give me some of the itemsI ordered. Read more
The sign stated you closed at 10:00 pm. We were behind a car in the drive thru. After 10 minutes we were finally able to pull to... the speaker. First a guy said "sorry we're closed", after stating we were literally right behind the previous car for 10 minutesa woman asked to take our order. Our order was for 6 crispy chicken sandwiches, she said "we're out of crispy chickensandwiches, but we have grilled chicken", then we asked about chicken tenders and were met with we are out of chicken tenders.We did not want grilled chicken. Now this has happened a total of 4 times at this location (no other location ever have thisissue, ever). How are you always out of crispy fried chicken and chicken tenders? I find this very hard to believe. It is verydisappointing we keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt just to be consistently disappointed. I think they wanted toclose (hence the guy lying about being closed) and already shut down the fryers and didn't want to fulfill our order. Theyclosed at 10:00, it was 8:45. It takes no more than 10 minutes to make the crispy chicken and tenders. This location should beashamed of themselves. Read more
No bread for a Frisco burger which that's the reason for the purchase. First they where out. But really it was frozen not thawed... all the way. She it's been out since the am. Which gotta be a lie. Because it don't take all day for bread to thaw in a hotkitchen. Even in air conditioning. We still got them. Then I ordered one milkshake when repeated the order back she said two, wecorrected her with proper English no ma'am I only want one. She gives us our total. Get to the window. You have to have exactchange 16.19 for 2 Frisco burgers and two chocolate milks. That took. Longer the the burgers that where dry. And roomtemperature. Supposed to be made with hand scoop ice cream. Literally light chocolate milk. Never again. SMH. Read more
When this hardees first opened it was great... now I get insulted and laughed at for waiting for my food. AN HOUR WAIT WITH NO... FOOD. After going through the drive thru and waiting (with no response) I pulled up to the window. This was 5 min. I go to thewindow (hoping to get ahold of someone) but the employees RAN away. I had wanted to use a mobile rewards coupon but theunknowlegeable, pungent, lazy woman refused me service. However, the "manager" came over and took my order... she said to pullup so she can make everything fresh. I didn't know that "fresh" took an hour. I could have made my own burger faster and withless sass than wasting my time on their business. If you are still reading this review... save your money and go somewhereelse. Read more
