Ordered 1 pizza and 3 Italian cheese bread. Nothing was ready. Told me to wait outside in the car. I said I am not sitting in... the car I will wait. He said you have to wait outside. Hmmm no signs anywhere saying that. Maybe because it was going to take 10minutes to cook. So I stood outside in the hot sun waiting. And to think I could of waited inside where it was cooler. They knowhow to treat the customer. So remember get outside and wait after your order. Read more

We ordered a pizza and the drive thru explained to pull around and she would bring our pizza out. We sat and waiting for 30... minutes past our time to have our pizza by while watching plenty of other cars arrive and be promptly given their pizza.Finally, the one time she tried to bring our pizza to us, she realized she was giving us the wrong order and gave it to yetanother car. I went inside trying to find out how much longer because it was getting ridiculous and she acted like we were theproblem. Every time we go through the drive-thru and have to pull around and wait for our pizza, they end up giving our pizzas away to... someone in the Drive-Thru. We watch them do it and I end up having to go in and remind them hey that's our pizza you're givingaway! Read more
The little ceasers in Ravenna is the best one I've had. They actually make them fresh. You might have to wait a couple min, but... it's worth it. The people running that particular one deserve a raise, if I go to the little ceasers in my city it's terrible.The difference is crazy. Read more
