Stopped for a quick bit of fast food. Staff was very fast and efficient. Burger was hot and fries were fresh. Tables were clean.

Let?s put it this way?. You want good service with people who listen to your order, get it right, wait for it and get it wrong... after they have you wait, and also argue with you in regards to what you ordered with a receipt to prove it, DO NOT GO TO THISONE!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous the lack of ability to do their jobs the way it should be done. If this would allow negativestars it would be -3. Every time this one has been visited it has a 25% accuracy for what you ordered and a complete lack ofeffort for most encountered in the establishment. If this is a franchise site or even corporately owned, it was mine I would beabsolutely ashamed to say that I did. Read more

I usually never have a problem with McDonald's which I frequent from one side of the country to the other but this particular... one is terrible. Went inside after eight pm for a few items (a couple of big macs, cheeseburgers and fries) nothing major.Ordered one big Mac made special - no lettuce ????. Well not only did it take us 45 minutes to receive our food but it was coldand on the big Mac that was only supposed to just be minus lettuce had NOTHING but meat and bread and tasted like the meat waseven burnt. I don't understand how a dozen or so employees can mess up some burgers and fries but I guess when you got a few ontheir phones while working I guess you could get distracted. While waiting for our food we saw people coming inside that hadwent through the drive thru and was missing food and one lady got sour tea from the tea urn inside. Definitely poorly ran but Iguess at the end of the day it's hard to find good help anymore. I will definitely skip this exit next time I'm driving throughthe area and want McDonald's. Read more
McDonald's is McDonald's. Some are worse than others but it is hard for one to really set itself apart. This McDonald's produced... the best looking burger I have ever had at a McD's. Usually the burgers are a squashed mess, leaking and dripping. This burgerlooked just like the ones in the ads. Full, showing toppings and the burger. It looked great. The grill team did a greatjob. Unfortunately....the cleanup guy was working while we were there and he diligently wiped down everything from the drinkmachine to the floor with THE SAME WIPE RAG. Not sanitary at all. I don't blame the guy. He was diligent in his work. But no oneseemed to train him that you don't use a rag on the floor then a food handling surface. Read more
One of the better McDonald's. I never had an issue with how food was served, its quality and/or care of preparation. The... employees I've encountered were usually above average. I wrote a recommendation for one employee who stood out due to herexcellent attitude and customer service. Read more
Placed a curbside order through the app, I normally have great experiences which is why I order this way. Order took over 10... minutes to arrive (the app promises within 5) had to call the store to ask where my order was, the manager politely said itwould be a couple more minutes which I was fine waiting. Sat for almost 15 minutes waiting for my order and when I get home, myorder isnt even right. Can?t say I?m surprised. Read more
