Food was fast and hot. Staff are extremely friendly. Even made sure I had enough sauce. Keep up the great work guys and gals.
This is usually the best Taco Bell around. Recently I ordered through the mobile app and went to pick up at the counter. ... Cashier told me they were backed up and it would be a little wait. They were behind on many other orders and apologizing whenpeople picked up their food and including extra shrimp???? (location is a Long John Silvers too) for the extra long wait. Iasked to check on my order again because it was originally a drive thru pickup and it was lined out with cars so I came insideto pick up. I was told he would check on it. When someone that ordered behind me got their order I asked about mine again. Another worker checked and said my order was never checked in, even though I had paid for it and received an email it would beready at a certain time. 35 minutes I waited in line for my order that they never made. At this point, my lunch was over and Ihad to go. The worker just refunded my money and said sorry. No coupons or other compensation for my extended wait and emptystomach from a wasted lunch away from work. I called later and talked to a manager on duty and she said she could offer mecoupons for a couple free tacos, or she could tell the manager above her to contact me. Went for lunch. So slow I had to get a refund and rush back to work with no food. Having worked in kitchens for over a decade... myself, maybe don't have some one who takes over 10 minutes to make 2 orders making food during a rush. Read more

Just went there after work to grab something quick. Food was fine service was horrible. I don't appreciate having my food... chucked at me and no manners what so ever. To the heavier set tall girl with short dark hair on the line you don't need to be incustomer service if you can't handle that. I really don't appreciate being treated like that after a long day at work. Read more
Drive thru is usually pretty quick, the cashiers at the window have been very kind (at least the ones I have communicated with)... they have always given me napkins and rarely forget to give me the sauce packets I've requested. Read more
