On our way home from Kent state we decided to stop at Wendys for a bite to eat. I?ve NEVER had an experience like this EVER!!!... We decided to eat inside? CLOSED @8 door read it was open til10 Placed our order at the window? No fork for salad..no spoon forCOLD CHILI?short one jbcb ?no lemonade so they gave us lemon flavored water????so much salt on French fries you couldn?t eatit!!!! I live in the area and have stopped there on several occasions. It is very obvious that they struggle to get solid employees.... McDonalds and Arby's is on the other side of SR 44. This Wendy's will not see my car in their drive-thru or parking area in thefuture. McDonald's has my vote for the best fast food service at SR 44 and I-76. Read more

Stood at counter for six minutes without being acknowledged. A guy who had previously ordered was already waiting. I asked if I... could place an order and a guy said he'd help me as soon as he could, then proceeded to move in super slow motion. I left threeminutes later without being helped. Other guy still didn't have his food. Will not return. Read more
Food was not up to Wendy's standards, employees were all gabbing back in the kitchen and forgot to make my sandwich. Had to... prep it and then the one I got seemed like it sat under a warmer for 3 days. Cookie was burnt and smashed. Very disappointedwith this location. Read more
Did a mobile order. Waited in drive thru line with 3 cars in front of us. Finally got up to the window. Pulled up some. Triple... was horrible. Bun was hard. Cheese topped on top of each other instead of between patties like it should be. Spicy chicken wasburnt and sat out and was cold. Fries cold as well. Pulled around. Dining room closed. So went thru drive thru to window.Manager wanted to say he cant do refund after we leave property. Didn't get a chance to leave. Wanted to get an attitude. Trashvisibly overflowing. Food was fine, which is surprising given what we've seen. In the time it took to get our food and sit down, three people had... came in due to incorrect orders. An employee acted disrespectful to an older gentlemen, and went as far as to say that it wasthe CUSTOMER who ordered the wrong thing. Allergy warning I'm not one to leave a bad review but tonight I went to order my family food. I ordered a regular coke with my... food. I get the drinks and realize mine is a tad bit red. I'm highly allergic to cherries and cherry flavoring. I couldn'treally smell the difference so I took a small sip. Instantly my mouth started burning. I told the young guy at the window theyhad given me the wrong drink. That thisnwas cherry coke, He argues and goes it looks right. I said no, it's not I'm allergic toit, and my mouth is already burning. He didn't want to give me the right drink. But did eventually did give it to me aftertaking the wrong one He gave me. If you have allergies make sure to check your drinks. And carry your epi pens. Thisestablishment does not care about your well being. And didn't offer even an apology. Read more
