Worst customer service I have ever endured. Ignoring customers in their drive thru, yelling at customers in front of their... children, the DT attendant literally screamed like a banshee at customers after rudely harassing them until they either leftangry without their order or in my case served the order back to them. Considering in the past this location had a storemanager who was snorting lines of coke on shift, and after that manager was removed it improved, only to revert back to such apoor level of quality in which nearly all orders are completed wrong, food is served undercooked or burnt, simply standardcleanliness is ignored and staff is beyond the scope of rude or vulgar towards guests all shows that Wendy's as a whole does notseem to understand how to properly train their store's staff to cater to their patrons. It seems that the Sassy Twitter ofWendy's corporate has caused for a loss of grasp on integrity to a chain that has shown to be in the past "the better option"...Clearly that is no longer true, especially when the store across town tells me they would never step foot near this location dueto it's terrible staff and practices... Yes. Wendy's employees from other locations view this store as the absolute worst NOTbecause of it's busy nature, but instead due to the internal problems and lack of structured ability to maintain a well balancedworkplace and customer experience. -10/5 stars better suits this location.. And there is nothing that can be said at this timeto fix the issues that have become of it. Fire them all and start over. Read more

Can't believe how ridiculous! From out of town, wanted to eat in. Were told that the person who takes orders was on break and... we could wait for a half hour or go through drive through. Didn't stay. I wonder if corporate knows they are doing that! Read more
OK I unfortunately can't take a picture like the Amazon reviews but hones to God if I could give negative stars I would. The... store is cleanish... that's about the only good here. The workers all walk around like they're auditioning for Night of theLiving Dead, took them 15 minutes to get my order out. And I'm pretty sure they dropped my nuggets when I placed my order andleft them down for all 15 minutes because Holy hell... they were burnt so badly there was actual char on the breading. Themanager just shuffled about with no concept of haste and its clear that's how the workers had all been trained. Don't waste yourtime or money... make the trip to kent or rootstown. Read more
I love Wendys but this location drives me crazy. They are always running out of food! The salads are the worst. When I order... online it should let you know they are out not wait till you get there. Then they are unsure how to refund your money and couponyou used. Please teach the managers how to order. The frosty is the next item they run out of. This place is the worst Wendy's I have been in over 40 years. They have got my order Wrong five different times every time I... call you get a recording that says thank you for calling the Ravenna Wendy's WinCo Wendy's and basically tell you that they'rebusy and they can't take your call then when you go in the next day and tell them about it they will tell you there's nothingthey can do because you didn't call. The manager is horrible I don't know his or her name whatever the case maybe because Ireally can't tell. Tonight I went in and reluctantly ordered dinner for my family again this time they told me that they can'ttake a $50 bill because their machine won't verify it LOL. I'm sick of the arguments every time I go there. They should put thatmanager back on French fries where she belongs.
