I ordered food at 9:30, with an estimated delivery time of 10:18pm. The delivery was cash. My address is not hard to find....I... live less than a quarter of a mile from the store in a prominent housing unit in the community. No one ever showed up with myorder, and as a result, I had no available options to turn to, as everything was closed by the time I realized they were notcoming. We ordered 1 large pep pizza with cheese on top hand toss . Got something that looked liked it had 2 pieces of pan in it with... pep on top . Was on hold for 6 minutes because they forgot I was on hold . Called when my husband brought them home because theywere wrong . She put me on hold and I hung up after like 4 minutes . Well first of all I ordered a pizza with bacon, pineapple, and ham and was sent a pineapple and cheese pizza. No one even... attempted to try and call me to let me know that they didnt have the toppings for my pizza or to offer me something else. Icalled them to ask what happened and if they could just make a pepperoni pineapple and cheese pizza and they told me that theywere not allowed to have a driver out past 9:30pm but then the delivery driver got back and he said he would make it right andthat this was the eighth time today that this has happened!!!! Ordered a double order of breadsticks and single order of cheese sticks. None of them were cut, so I had to wait till I got home... 45 minutes later to finally eat. Then the three girls working tonight (June 14th) then pitter-pattered back and forth on whowould be the one to check my food out AFTER making me wait several minutes before this. Also ordered 4 extra cups of marinarasauce, but wasn?t given any. I was already so turned off but how rude they were I didn?t want to bother going back in there.Will not be returning. Depends on the day... and who they're training. Can be good, can be an atrocity against humanity. Last time I got something here... my teeth hurt for three days after. The crust was so tough and rubbery that I had issues even trying to cut it with a serratedknife. If nothing else, they've always gotten my order correct, regardless of crust quality. Food was cold and looked gross. Bread sticks were hard. And sauce was ice cold.
