Food is always great. Unfortunately they just don't keep certain foods ready to go. They have recently changed personal and... helps the customer service. Staff was professional and friendly. Food was tasty and excellent. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.
First, i asked for sub to be heated not toasted, they toasted it, then the Sweet tea i ordered was watered down as it if it was... sitting there awhile, then when my husband handed it back to them and asked for a refund she went to get it and then came backtrying to give me a bottle and ice when that is cheaper than their made sweet tea, to me when i asked for a refund that means arefund. Worst subway I've ever eaten at Ordered a tomato basil wrap with steak pepperjack cheese and provolone with green peppers and... banana peppers. I?ve always been a subway fan but this shop ruined it for me! I?ve given them multiple chances thinking it would change but it... doesn?t- whether in the app or in drive thru they always mess up my order and it?s always a result of just not taking time tomake sure they?re doing it right. When I order chicken toasted it?s always still cold, borderline frozen- Today I ordered and Iasked for light salt- I got home and there was LITERALLY 1/4? layer of salt in my sub, I couldn?t eat it- first bite I wasn?texpecting so much salt and choked on it. waste of money and I?m done giving chances. I?m just done with this subway, I?ll go toripley or Racine if I want subway from now on- to note that?s 20 minutes either way when I live 3 minutes away from this subway.That is how much I despise this particular shop. My husband is an over the road truck driver. I ride with him. We stop at this subway for a bite to eat as we haven?t had a... chance to all day.The two young girls working were absolutely wonderful. Wait times are getting a bit nuts. Stopped for food this afternoon. Waited at the menu for about 5 minutes before an employee... came on and told me to pull to the window and that I?m gonna be waiting at least another 10 minutes. Now I don?t mind waiting,but I?m pretty sure getting someone to pull forward is just a method to make it look like wait times aren?t as bad in drivethru. Read more
