Horrible! Disgusting! The bathroom was a mess. The hole lobby was disgusting and there was Flys everywhere! I don't know when... the last time it was cleaned but I'm guessing not for a few weeks. So they were on a break... Understanding.... but when 2 of the 3 employees wash there hands... makes you second think that..,... entire lobby was gringy and grimy and needed a really deep cleaning!!!!!, and public relations.... It's been a long time since I've visited a Burger King where the actual burgers look as good as the pictures. They tasted great!... This was a double bonus for us because it was one of our group member's first time eating at Burger King. He thought correctly,that when made correctly, with fresh ingredients, they're awesome! The staff was super friendly; a very welcomed response fortired travelers. The facility was clean. It's kid friendly but there is no kid play area in case you were wondering. Read more
The last 4 out of the 5 times that I've made an order to this store, there's something that goes wrong and the store gets shut... down or I have to substitute what I originally ordered for something that is lesser value. At this point, I will no longer begetting anything from BK when I'm in Rawlins. Don't order something from this store, they can't even maintain the equipment andgeneral upkeep of this place. Best Burger King between here and Salt Lake City. The manager lady was very kind and made sure the order was correct. The onion... rings were perfect sometimes the stores give you once that are all dried up and nasty and you could throw them at a car breakwindow. They really take care of how they serve their food at the store. Even though I was just passing through it was a gooddecision to come here. We first went to McDonald?s across the street and found out that there were nothing but morons running the business. So we came... across To Burger King and I was bit by the most friendliest person on this earth. The food was hot good and Service waslightning fast.
