Ordered, thirty minutes later it was marked as delivered. Called the store, rang for five minutes, and then was told they were... very short staffed and put on hold for thirty minutes. Whenever i tried to call again, they would hang up the phone withoutsaying anything. Never got my pizza. Worst dominos experience I've ever had. Read more

Order two med Pan pizzas and mozzarella bites on 10/21 , From the store in Rawlins, Wy. They delivered them. We went to eat and... they pizzas were RAW and the mozzarella bites were just dough!!!!! So I took them all back in and the gal had the audacity totell me that next time when I order pan pizzas, to ask for well down!!! Excuse me, we didn't order steaks! Since when do you askfor certain doneness on Pizza! And not to mention, their health code should be inspected! No gloves, grabbing meat, cheese andvegetables all without cleaning in between! Before tonight, it's been OK. Tonight, my order took over an hour and a half. The food was cold and hard. The sandwich was a... different one than I ordered, and the pizza had the wrong toppings. Domino's wouldn't fix it or offer help. I'd rather eat fastfood and not pay $30. Read more
We?ve always enjoyed our Dominoes pizza, it?s reliably good and glad it is available in Rawlins, WY when we visit. However,... begging for a tip when we pick up our own order and voicing disappointment when we don?t may discourage us in the future. Ratherunpleasant and unappreciated. We tip generously for service when served. When we pick up our order at our own expense and timewith no service provided, no tipping is standard protocol. Just saying? Read more
The food is always good when it gets to me! I also appreciate the later hours than most local restaurants. I work at a local... hotel and I always reccomend our local dominos for those who check in later in the evening. ? Keep up the good work! Read more
Does 5 stars mean this place is perfect and never makes mistakes? No. But I haven't had a bad experience here yet. Tonight was a... hectic night for them with some problems with their label machine and orders being a few minutes late. The manager handledthings professionally and the staff did too. I waited a few extra minutes for my order but everything was correct and tastedgreat. Read more
Almost 2 hours to be delivered. Took almost an hour just to make order then driver marked delivered when he wasn't here. Finally... showed up 10 minutes later! Thanks for the cold food! One of the worst Domino's I've had experience with! DO NOT RECOMMEND Read more
