Did not get my pizza for over an hour. It wad cold. Ordered with chicken it didn't even come, neither did the little red pepper... flakes or parmesan shakers I had in the order. Tried to call they just kept telling me to hold. I drove up to the pizza hut andthe managers were just talking to each other without concern to any customer issues. She comes up I explain what's up shegrabbed my chicken from off the table where it has sat for over an hour not even in the warmer. And just hands it to me withouteven an apology or any concern what so ever. Most unprofessional manager I have ever delt with. Read more

This is the first time I've ordered from this particular pizza hut, and they did a great job. Even with being understaffed and... understandably tired, Robin was very kind and polite.
