Ordered 2 foot longs online both completely messed up neither has any lettuce on them at all. Then the one that was chicken had... steak on it when person it's for has red meat allergies. That's unacceptable as for the lettuce I gave my phone number and emailif there was no lettuce to be had someone should have called and said so not just make the sandwich and hope it's not noticed.Will not be eating here again. Extremely clean and spacious store with friendly employees, good sandwiches, & quick service. I was pleased to see the staff... restocking drinks, chips, and wiping down tables and sweeping the floors during the lulls to ensure the store was in tip-topshape throughout the day. The only con was lettuce that should?ve been swapped out with fresher lettuce. It looked off in colorand not appetizing at all. All of the other veggies looked super fresh. Food was reasonable, the restaurant was clean, and there was a good amount of outdoor seating under shade, but a few things were... not up to snuff. Line was very slow (20 minute wait at 1pm). No soap in the restroom, and one restroom was missing a stalldoor. The soda/water machine was out of service. Read more

My family got there around 5ish and we were the last ones to be served. They had ran out of pretty much everything. The girls... were obviously frazzled at having to turn customers away, and not be allowed to close. From the snippets of conversation Iheard, they had ran out of menu items before and been reprimanded for closing early. HOWEVER, the girls were very polite andapologetic! The owner is the one to blame for items not being available and the restaurant staying open. If we come throughRawlins at an earlier time, we'll stop here again for sure Read more

Right off the bat, I could tell they were oddly low on bread,which I thought was strange... considering it was the morning. I... ordered a tomato basil wrap,and you guessed it....they didn't have any tomato basil wraps. So the second piece of information Igathered,was that the young lady behind the counter ,was clearly a bit too comfortable with talking to guests how she chooses. Iwent back and forth with her on why I preferred tomato basil wraps ,over the spinach wrap. Then the gentleman next to her askedIf I wanted it cut in half or whole, I asked him to cut it in half. At that point they switched so she went to work on cuttingthe sandwich...and the gentleman got on the register. Then she starts trying to be funny and loud again. Asking why I want itcut in half then states "if I cut it in half your balls are going to fall out! " The guy on the cash register even said " Hey!We have kids in here!!" I'm not sure where she learned customer service,but that kind of behavior is both unprofessional and abad look for the company! Read more

Meh. Subway food is consistently good and reliable in quality. The staff seemed to be unfocused. I had to repeat my order... several times, saying what items I wanted on my sandwich several times over. They did not look at me or act friendly and seemedto be inconvenienced by my presence. Read more

Updated Subway but SLOOOOW service... this was one of the slowest Subways i have ever been to. Vggies were cut far too large,... no avacado, no soup options. It appeared that the crew was not wanting to be there and they certainly were not a well oiledmachine. Read more
