I pre-ordered on the app..was delayed going over to pick up my order by 15 min..still wasn?t ready at 2:30 in the afternoon. ... There wasn?t a single person in the to go line nor was there anyone waiting inside. My order still wasn?t ready as I stood there5 min waiting to be acknowledged. Been here 3 days in a row first thing in the morning. The woman serving me had a bad attitude all 3 days and they had absolutely... no bagels. Never been do a Dunkin that didn?t have bagels, especially 3 days in a row. It will be the last time I stop at theRaymond restaurant. Read more

More of a 3.5+, was really slow but to be fair, the drive thru was packed (we went in). Our wake up wraps were tasty, the hash... browns too, but a bit cool. The new paper cups are terrible! Better yet, this location wants to charge me 25 cents more to double cup! I showed the location... these pictures of my most recent cup leak. They didn't care. It Leaked from the bottom and filled my cup holder before I evergot a drink from it. Not my first leak with these new cups, no other location charges me for an extra cup! I frequent thislocation but not anymore. There are other options for both dunkin and coffee and I don't need to waste my time or money thislocation. Read more
