Sad! The pizza was cold, it was a 3 topping, pepperoni, chicken and pineapple. However there was hardly any of the 3 toppings on... the pizza. There was way too much red sauce and I love sauce. But there was sauce coming out the sides with every bite like Isaid too much. Not to mention everyone there seemed like they would rather be home instead of working. I dont understand 11monthes ago the food was great. Not sure what happened. Very disappointed. Read more
It is hit or miss at this location. Occasionally the food is good but June 3 2022 it was terrible. The app was not working... correctly and the food tasted awful. Read more
The new manager is great! He is very attentive to the customer's needs and tries to accommodate them.
I just left there and I ordered a dinner box. For starters the employees at this restaurant are rude and their customer service... skills are non existent. I get sometimes your annoyed and irritated at work but don?t take it out on customers who are spendingmoney there. She first had an attitude with me because I asked her why do they charge for pepper and cheese. Then I had hair inmy pizza and I requested a refund,and she told me to wait outside in the rain.I said no mam it?s cold I?m not waiting outside .Then she slapped my refund in my hand and told me to ?keep the food? I said no mam I?m not keeping it it had. Hair in it that?squite disgusting and she threw the box of pizza across the floor.I will never go back here again ,I know they don?t care causeit isn?t their business, I just don?t get why she was rude to me when it?s their fault they didn?t provide good customer serviceand also they were wrong because they should?ve had a hair net on. lastly as I walked in she was cutting some one else?s pizzawithout gloves on that?s very unsanitary we?re in a world pandemic.
