Had to wait six minutes until I spoke up to get service,they kept walking past all of us in the lobby waiting. I understand... that they were busy in the drive thru but they were blatantly ignoring the lobby. After waiting for over 6 minutes to be spokento they then made my coffee with granulated sugar when I specifically asked for liquid sugar.
