Had to wait six minutes until I spoke up to get service,they kept walking past all of us in the lobby waiting. I understand... that they were busy in the drive thru but they were blatantly ignoring the lobby. After waiting for over 6 minutes to be spokento they then made my coffee with granulated sugar when I specifically asked for liquid sugar. Didn't have anything i pre-ordered on the app! I Called to speak to a manager. No lie, I called 70 times before someone picked... up. Demanded a refund and I was told 14 days !!!! A billion dollar company is holding on to a terminally ill cancer patientsmoney for 14 days! Worst customer service ever! Also, Hillary from the corporate office was just as bad! All dunkin donutsshould be shut down! The order wasn't even for me, it was for my kids. I guess they can eat breakfast in 14 days! I give this 5negative stars! Not one redeeming quality at all! I give the app negative stars. The service negative stars and most of allcorporate negative stars! This should be reported by the media.This is a scam. Holding on to people's money for 14 businessdays. Nevermind, cancer patients that get paid once a month! There was a hair in the filling of my jelly donut. It was not mine- the hair was light brown and my hair is jet black. It was... literally entangled in the jelly. I feel sick. So disgusting!!!!! God- pull your hair back, people. Gross. They need a healthinspector to come check things out or something. Read more

This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT!! I can't even believe they made this place a Doordash pick up location!! They are too busy as... it is!! If you have 4 workers then why are 2 out back smoking a cigarette! And why do you treat other doordash driversdifferent than others?? All your workers work hard! All I said was I feel bad cause Deerfield fair is coming and they can't evenget orders out NOW,how are they going to do it in a few weeks???????? Read more
Couple things to say- 1. I was in the drive thru this morning and the dumpster was left open, a million crows were circling and... grabbing old food it was disgusting. Close the dumpster after putting something in.... 2. The snacking bacon is always floppy,never crispy 3. The girl at the drive thru window was kinda snippy. Not outright rude but she forgot something and when iflagged her down after the window closed I said Hey i think im missing a bagel- and she looked and found the bag and then justshoved it at me lol. Didnt even apologize for the mistake. Ive worked in customer service for YEARS and would have said oopssorry for that. But thats just me. 4. When you order multiple donuts they just shove them into a bag. Many dunks locations willkeep the little wax paper tissue thing with the donut so all of them dont mush up against each other. But this location justshoves them all into the same bag all mushed together. Its kinda annoying. 5. My iced latte is often made correctly- more oftenthan not. So thats why i still gave 3 stars.
