I'm not sure about the chain in general, but this particular one, on Route 56 in New York, is awesome. The food is always good,... the staff friendly, and the price constantly beats out Dunkin'. If we had one back home in Randolph, VT, I'd be one prettyhappy guy. Read more

They were open. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes with no response even after greeting them myself. I drove to the window,... made eye contact with an employee who promptly turned around and walked away. Disappointed. Will not be eating here again. Read more
Went there last night around 6 or 7 and got 2 XL large coffees. In the early hours coffee is usually great however I have... noticed later in the evening it is hit or miss. Last night it was so hot it burnt my tongue and it tasted cooked like it had notbeen remade in a very long time. It was gross to be honest and we ended up dumping both. So today bought 2 iced coffees insteadof hot and there is literally no ice in either except 4 partially melted cubes. Today is July 3 so maybe just a bad weekend notsure. Read more
bought 4 of the maple sandwiches for my co workers this morning, also a large coffee and bagel with cream cheese for myself. got... to work and there was no bagel in the bag. stopped on my way home, they won't give me the bagel or refund it. not the first timethis has happened, but it was the first time I've asked for resolution.
