I missed Whataburger for 26 years living out of state and have had great experiences at other locations. But, I have visited... this location 5 times and 4 of them, they got my order wrong. Every time I come in to get my order corrected, they act asthough I?m inconveniencing them. It?s not just simple things like missing a piece of cheese on a #1 (although that hashappened every time). It?s more like they just wing it and hope the customer is so frustrated that they will stop coming in toget it corrected. Read more
I am Texan. I love Whataburger. Simple. Quick and easy drive through. Communication was crisp and clean. Everything was offered... and suggested. Loved the clean exterior of the building, shows they care about their appearance to the customer. Thanks forquickly delivering my order to my truck window. Read more
Service was average at best. We waited for our food longer than we should have because the employee at the counter was too busy... speaking with an off duty employee instead of checking and bringing out our order. It was not until I walked up to the counterand questioned the status of our order. She said that it would be right out. As we waited another table asked to speak with themanager to complain about their order. My wife then proceeded to follow up on our order because ten minutes later it stillwasn't out. She confronted the manager as well to let him know how displeased she was with the service. They brought the orderout as she was speaking with him only for it to be lukewarm. The manager had our entire order redone fresh. Which came outreally quick. However on both our son's orders of chicken strips they forgot the toast and the extra strip on each, but it wasfreshly made. Read more
Stopped here as we were traveling for the holidays and the service was awesome!! We were able to get breakfast and lunch items... and the fries were freshly out with just the right amount of saltiness.
