No one in car line. Had to wait on Fries, so they had us pull forward. Then they forgot about us. Fries were cold, and... food got cold. Then they were out of regular Coke, so had to take diet. Ordered 1 unsweetened tea and 1 sweet. They gave usboth sweet tea. So service definitely bad. Read more

Waited 30 minutes for cold food. I asked to at least replace the fries so I waited for the fresh fries. When the guy brought me... the fries I told him that I didn?t get the sauce for the chicken nuggets, and asked if he could grab them. He gave me a dirtylook and walked inside. I waited 5 minutes before walking inside myself to get the sauce. My McRibs were completely dry with nosauce on them. This whole experience was just disappointing. Go to Burger King or Sonic instead. so i weren?t through the drive through, and there was a young lady at the first window and i was using apple pay on my phone,... and i gave her my phone and then went to the next window. a worker maybe he?s a manager, his name is Sean, he said ?your carddeclined? so i gave him my phone and he took it all the way to the back and was gone for a good 7 minutes. i got my food and myphone and when i got home my card was charged twice. the next day one of my friends that work at mcd called me and told me theywere going through my phone in the back. I?ve tried calling the store multiple times and no one will pick up the phone. verydisappointing Read more

I was taking my kids here weekly for a long time, my kids eat out once a week with me and they look forward to it. We live in a... different town, and drive out of our way to get to McDonald's. Every single time I come here, something I ordered is not in thebag when I get the food out. It's either missing a whole burger, a fry, the sauce on the side.. Even when its not busy, thishappens. The cashiers taking your order and giving payment to are usually very nice, I will say that. Today was the last day ofputting up with an order with missing food though, I Understand that McDonald's is NOT an easy job and very fast paced.. butthere's got to be more attention to checking receipts to orders and making sure they're right. Would give no stars if I could. Placed a mobile curbside order. Checked into the lane when I got there. App said it would be out... in 5 minutes. I usually give an additional 10 minutes as I know sometimes it can be busy, but 15 minutes went by, then 20, then25 and still my order was not brought out. Decided to go through the drive thru. Politely told the girl taking orders what I wasthere for and she told me to pull through. Get up to the second window and the little girl at the window had an attitude and wasbeing rude to not only me, but the other girl who was trying to hand the food past her through the window. By this time, I'dbeen there for nearly 40 minutes. Another little girl inside said, "If she'd just stayed in lane 3, she wouldn't have got herorder already." I did stay there. For 20 minutes longer than the app said it would take. By the time I got our food, I was readyto get home to feed my son so I didn't go through the bags while at the window. I get home and they not only messed up thedrinks, they completely forgot his happy meal and the fries were soggy and half full. To make matters worse, I attempted to callup there to get refunded at minimum for the meal we did not recieve AT ALL, and no one would pick up the phone. If we do not geta response and a refund, we will be reporting to the BBB. I've managed multiple stores before and this is unacceptable. Themouthy little girl with the attitude should be reprimanded. This used to be a good location, but sadly it seems ownershipdoesn't realize that quantity of workers is seldom better than quality. Read more

After waiting in line at a standstill while watching the other line go through like 5 cars I finally get to give them my order a... double cheeseburger with sm fries and a drink. I get my food only to find my burger with like 1/2 a slice of cheese wadded ontop. It looked like it got scraped off the floor. Not even going to eat it because I literally don't trust it. Where is the manager? My husband visited this location drive through. They Failed to bring drinks out, so they went in store and... all employees were on the phone and then it took they forever to prepare their drinks. We will not visit again today! Good wayto lose customers!!! Read more

Worst experience I have had in quite some time. Went into restaurant to order two breakfast meals. I waited for over 30 minutes... for my food. People there had been waiting longer than I did. When my ticket number disappeared from the screen, I expected tobe given my food. Nope. Had to go up to counter and ask where my food was. Worker took my receipt and went to fill my order. IfI hadn't said anything, I wonder if I would have even gotten my food. People were asking for their money back, etc. A d itwasn't that there weren't enough people working in the place. They had 5 people handling drive through but no one taking care ofthe dine in/carryout orders. I could go on and on. Read more
