The young lady taking our order was rude she didn't even try and my 7yo gets an infusion at Children's Mercy every month. He... chose this place. Every month I do a review of where he chooses. I go here pretty often, food is usually hot. Drive through is always super fast which I appreciate. Staff is nice enough,... definitely not rude but they don?t waste my time with small talk. Read more
I got a family meal with Chow Mein. And they gave the scraps. They should not have served this. They should have thrown away and... made new one. I didn?t find out until I drove home bc I got it through drive through. If I was ordering in person, I would havesaid that I?d like to have new one made. Read more

I love Panda Express, but the one in Raymore is terrible. Terrible service and product. Went through drive through. Asked for... chow mein. We were told it would be 10 minutes for chow mein to be ready. Okay, no problem. A few minutes later we get up tothe window to pay. They ask us to "pull around to the front...wait 10 minutes...then get back in line in the drive-through toget our food". We park, but I have no intention of getting back in line. I go inside and let them know I will wait there. After 15 more minutes they ask to see my receipt because they forgot what we ordered. They couldn't read the printed receipt sohad to ask me again. Then they grabbed the styrofoam containerI holding our entre; it had been sitting on the counter gettingcold the whole time. They added the chow mein to it and gave it to me. I asked, about the fortune cookies. They were out ofthem...of course. $15 for cold, stale food...one plate, a side order of rice, and a side order of chow mein. Oh, and, afterall that, the chow mein was not fresh. They scooped the old dregs out of the container under the heat lamps on top of the freshstuff. That's what we received. Ordered online and although the food order was correct, the requested sauces were not included. Disappointing.
