Slow as molasses good grief it took 20 mins to get 2 tacos and a Mexican pizza. Holy cow! Trash over flowing in the lobby and on... the floor. Not one clean table so I had to clean my own table. Don?t come here unless you want to waste time. I should?ve driven to pleasant hill for service. The drive thru was super backed... up so I came in to place my order. The staff was laughing and messing around while I waited to place my order finally one madeeye contact and decided to come over. He acted put out to take my order that I didn?t use the machine. I haven?t been to tacobell in years so a lot has changed. It?s been 25 mins and no one has brought me my food. I?ve been asked for the fourth time ifI?m door dash and told them No again. My daughter just picked up an online order that took them 45 min to fill !!! That is not acceptable!! She went inside and waited... while they focused entirely on the drive through. They gave her free $1.00 cinastix that she doesn't even like and never evenapologized. The young redhead teenager was rude and snapped stating " I'm only one person" when my daughter asked for her order20 min after placing it when the app told her to go to the counter ! I understand everyone is understaffed and overworked but itdoesn't cost a thing to be polite when someone is polite to you! This is the worst service from a fast food place in a long longtime ! I went to get 2 beefy burritos and after waiting for 55 minutes. When I pulled up to the window they said they ran out of beef.... Horrible. Never come here. The devils Taco Bell. Family ruining. Read more
We have ordered taco supremes the last 4 times we have gone there and have not received them. They have just been regular... tacos. Also when the Mexican pizza was out it was missing everything but the sauce and meat. Read more
The guy at the register was super nice but when i got home to eat my food the beans were bad. Like tasted the way it smells when... you throw away refried beans that you forgot about in the back of your fridge for a month bad. I went to the taco bell near myhouse and they kindly replaced my order for free plus some cinnabon delights even though i assume they?re a completely differentoperation being in KC. If you go inside the manager lady won't take your order she makes you use the kiosk even if your paying cash.
