bad service, managers don?t treat employees good, food is amazing just annoying people.
Worse service and food I've had in Missouri so far. Doesn't make sense to have a beautiful golf course and facility and turn... around and hire a waitress with no hospitality skills and a cook who obviously doesn't have basic culinary knowledge. It was sobad I would need 10 pages to break down how horrible the food was. Dennys would be an upgrade compared to the mess they served.Four adults and no one ate but a couple bites of their meals...when it was finally served. Went based on the reviews, took 10 minutes just for someone to get our drinks, ordered everything all at once, appetizer came... out about 10 minutes later, took 20 more minutes for kids meals, and about 45 minutes for the adult meals to come out. The kidswere done eating by the time our meals were out, my shrimp on my salad was luke warm, and my husband's sandwich was subpar.Would not recommend this place, definitely was not worth the amount of time it took to get our food. Good food at reasonable prices. Very friendly service. Nothing fancy... I mean it's just a golf course clubhouse... but a... convenient spot to grab lunch if you're nearby. Read more
They recently changed the menu which wasn?t favorable. I tried the chicken fajita salad, it was bland and lacked any sort of... flavor. Definitely not worth the cost. Read more
With 12+ years restaurant experience I understand being under-staffed can lead to a plethora of issues... but, many restaurants... are working through it with much more grace than TOTM. The food here was good, I know what its like back there, keep it up! Theservice, on the other hand, was just awful. A combination of needing more hands and poor training practices. In the end thecurrent condition of this place is far below par and most definitely boils down to management issues. Or, maybe they justprioritize members and don't care about the public.. Read more
