Correction: I previously left a 5 star review where I praised this business and the truth is Wingstop has the best flavors.... However, this Wingstop here in a Raymore is garbage. Let me first say, the food is amazing. Best wings ever. However, the time it takes to get the food and the accuracy of the app... is horrendous. I ordered on the app and it said 25-30 minutes. Currently in the restaurant still waiting and it's been 50minutes. I still don't have my order. It's 8 pm and there are 2 people in the place. Ordered my food about 6:27pm today, 6/16?left at 7:30 with no food. People before and after me all got their food. I asked how... long about 7:15, and I was told 5 more minutes. Food never came. First time at a wing stop. Last time at a wing stop. Update:went back last night to give them one more chance. 5 people in the restaurant. Maybe 10 tickets to prepare. Told me the wait wasgoing to be 1 1/2hrs. Nope. Not doing it. Wing stop has been around for almost 30 years. Why open a new restaurant without anexperienced manager for the first month? A trainee? I did a online carryout order, no issues at all. The wait time was 35 to 45 minutes. For people new to Wingstop, the wings are... cooked to order, so there is ALWAYS a 15 to 20 minute wait, even if you go at 2 o'clock on a Tuesday. This is a new location, sowait times are going to be longer due to the amount of business. Duh. Secondly the food was cooked perfectly, it was hot andfresh. The wings & the fries. First off, I ordered 2 boneless 10 piece meals. They took over 35 minutes to get the order out while the entire crew just stood... around and talked in the back. A lot of the crew told their lead person they weren?t trained on practically everything and juststood around and talked amongst each other. Forgot all my dipping sauces I paid extra for and this is the final product for myorder imparticular. Supposed to be lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan wing and this is what I got. I can only gather that the bad reviews are from a ton of impatient people during their first few weeks of opening, because I've... been twice in two weeks and it's been great. I ordered online both times and picked up in store. Both times it was ready withinthe given time frame, everything was correct, and delicious! She even double checked that the order brought to the counter wasmine. Happy family here. No issues. Will be happily returning!
