My experience yesterday was terrible. Not only did I not receive what I ordered but when I call about the mistake the employee... was very rude and blame me for the issue because I did not answer my phone. I ordered 4 chicken pastas and receive 4 pastaswithout chicken. The employee said the store ran out of chicken and had I answered my phone I would have known that. Her tone ofvoice was very rude and disrespectful. I requested a refund and ordered dinner from somewhere else. I probably would have keptthe order if I was treated with respect but who wants to eat food made by employee who do not have respect for their customers. Read more
Mozzarella sticks were undercooked and disgusting, was charged for ranch dressing when they had none, and wings were ice cold.... Was better last time I ordered but today was terrible. Read more
Edit: 5-6-22 Thus place has gone to gell. I paid extra for certain toppings and, of course, they weren't added. The wait was... also insane though I ordered over an hour ahead of time. There were 5 of us just sitting around, waiting. Nobody evenacknowledged us, I had to ask for service. The guy came up to wait on us 10 min later. He waited on the three people ahead ofme, then I had to ask for my order because the monitor showed it being ready. He never checked on me or asked if he could help.Smh. I was working in Rayne, LA and was looking for somewhere to eat. I stopped in at Pizza Hut 035491 on the Boulevard. Nicole... greeted me and made me feel like I was her most important customer. After placing my order, she then asked me if there wasanything else that she can help me with. I had ordered cheesy bread. Because it was my lunch she took the time to cut them inbite size squares. Make sure the customer get the correct pizza ordered. I did call the pizza hut to let them know the pizza given was not what was... ordered. A xredit was issued so I hope the next time I order Its correct. Read more
I had no issue with my pizza or my delivery.... However i do have a question about the delivery fee. I lowered my original tip... after i saw it added. Then i read on the tracking link that it didn't go to the driver that it went to pizza to be used towardsdriver's expense compensation. I just can't imagine 100% nit going directly to the delivery driver since they hold 100% of theburden of delivery. I don't believe my 25% is enough for such a small order but add the 3.99 and it's fine. Read more
