Ordered avocado tomato toast and snackin bacon through drive-thru.... drove to my destination, 5 miles away, discovered they... squashed 4 hashbrowns and put in bacon container. When I got back, the Manager said, oops, sorry bout that. I waited for himto make good on their error. He said, what do you mean? So, I got another order, and I asked if he would reimburse me for myinconvenience. He said no, because of how you came in here. Excuse me. I was initially polite. You dictated my response. After I went to my vehicle, I looked at my order, and lo and behold, incorrect again! So I went back in and showed the manager,who said, I'm so sorry about that, would you like us to add tomatoes for you? Nope, I'll take a refund, please. Be warned,double check your order at the window. Who cares if it backs up the drive-thru line? It sure beats having to go back a thirdtime! Read more
