Went in on a Sunday afternoon. It was so nice to sit down in the booth that I would as a kid. The pizza came out hot and fresh.... We did the lunch special do it was under 15$ and we left full and satisfied. Employees were friendly and accommodating. Read more
Not happy at all!! I ordered a small bread stick and a Buffalo chicken pizza but I wanted the buffalo chicken pizza to be made... the way they used to make it a couple years ago with grilled chicken and red onions instead of the way they make it now. Insteadof putting it in as a cheese pizza add hot sauce red onions and grilled chicken the guy told me he had to put it in as aspecialty pizza which is fine but then he double charged me for chicken and added toppings on top of the specialty charge eventhough it's just grilled chicken instead of fried chicken or whatever they use so I was charged $20.29 for a small pizza. Mytotal bill was $36.32 for a small specialty pizza and a breadstick plus I gave a $5 tip so I paid over $40 for a small pizza anda breadstick. Then when the order got here the pizza was so burnt I couldn't even eat it and the bread stick was also burnt butit was barely edible so I ate that but threw the pizza out. I get that prices have gone up and I'm not one to be picky aboutcost or write reviews but when I have to pay $20 for a small pizza that's ridiculous usually they will put it in so that I'm notdouble charged for the toppings that are already on the pizza. I told the guy about that but he said he has to put it in thatway. How is it reasonable to charge $20 for a small pizza when the only added topping was red onions? As a lover of papa ginos I am so disappointed in today's visit. We put in our order as usual and waited... and waited, and... waited, for an unusually long time. At about 35-40 minutes I walked up to the counter and our entire order was ready justsitting out, not even up in the warmer. It wasn't busy, there was one other customer in the restaurant. The gentleman at thecounter seemed completely confused when I pointed to our order and asked for our food. It was pretty much all cold. Door dash delivers for them when they have a lot of deliveries. Unfortunately Door Dash leaves your order on your doorstep and... do not knock. I was waiting for it to come and finally just opened the door and found it cold on the porch!!!! I called TheRaynham store and complained that it was left on the porch and they finally figured out it waa door dash even though we orderedoff rhe Raynham website.
