They should honestly just close the restaurant at this point. Drive-through line all the way out to the street which is... incredibly dangerous and their dining room is closed supposedly due to staffing issues they have kiosks where people could ordertheir own food. So bad it?s almost entertaining . They were out of almost every soda. We received a sour cream baked potato, literally loose in... the bottom of the bag missing the sour Cream. One whole order of chicken nuggets were missing. The dipping sauce was missing.Napkins were missing. We told the lady and she rolled her eyes and slammed the drive through window in our face before we couldeven finish telling her what was missing so she ended up going back and forth three times ???? almost everything was freezingcold too. Somehow they always screw up. Get half the fries. Somehow got skipped on the bacon fries. Was literally cold, stale and had no... cheese. Just two strips of bacon, and little bit of fries. This location sucks. Not coming back. Thought I'd try a different daydifferent time but this is the second time, and was just as bad as the first time. Bye. Gotta say I was a bit disappointed... I popped in around 7:30 Tuesday night. There were several high school age kids in front... of me having trouble placing their order. The problem was out of the three food ordering kiosks only one was working. One wasturned off, the second had no card reader. To make matters worse they weren't taking orders at the counter. A staff memberannounced they were out of fries as I watched the kids give up and leave out of frustration. I placed my order and headed tothe counter. The floors behind the counter were a mess, the prep station person was touching his hair with grease soakeddisposable gloves and continued to prep food. I did not see any glove changes while there... When I received my food I wasgiven a small cup for a drink, a courtesy for having to wait a bit for the order. I went to use the first drink kiosk and itwas out of ice and not working. The second drink kiosk had ice however, most of the drink selections were out. I took my foodand departed. Upon inspecting my burger I noticed they forgot the bacon. We were kinda in a rush to get to a ferry boat in time so that?s why we got take out today. The food was great, and although my... meal was not that enjoyable as last time?s, this should definitely prove to be a fascinating family meal in the car. Read more
Very disappointed this day, they might have new people training? Sure hope this was the case. Went through the drive thru with... only one car ahead of me. Everything was cold, fries, burgers and chicken nuggets. And I mean it even warm! I had to hear all ofour food when we returned home.( And yes I checked the food after we pulled out onto the road ) Should have ask my friend to goback, but it was a long day. A den of ineptitude. Waited 30 minutes in line, stated my order twice. What I received was a small instead of large, the... incorrect sandwich, no straw in the bag, and I was charged for what I ordered. This isn?t the first time this has occurred here,but it?ll be the last time for me? avoid at all cost. Travel further in the hopes you?ll find a better Operating Wendy?s downthe road. Read more
