We wanted to get dinner but it was almost 9pm so we stopped by Applebee's. When we walked in, we noticed that there were only... three tables occupied with eight persons total but were told it would be a 45 minute wait to be seated. While we were discussingthat, there was a huge argument among the employees in the kitchen with much yelling and slamming of doors and other equipment.My wife and I looked at each other and decided we didn't want angry people preparing our food. A person who had come in behindus came to the same conclusion as did one of the three tables already seated. Unless they get a leadership change I doubt theywill be in business mode longer. Waiter was preoccupied with something other than his tables and was fashionably slow to do any damn thing. But the cocktails are... great food was good. Price is a little up there for the amount you get but I've seen worse for sure. Read more

Worst experience ever. We received our drinks about the time one would expect to receive their dessert. My husband ordered a... steak and when he asked for silverware, no joke, the waitress threw a wrapped plasticware package on the table. The steak wasnowhere near tender enough to use a plastic fork and knife. I jokingly suggested he should pick his steak up and eat it like anapple. He was quick to point out that we had no napkins and since we were still waiting on our drinks, he asked me what thelikeliness was we'd ever receive the napkins. AND, they were out of Ranch... I will never come here again . My mom and I went got the 2 for $29 the steak had a funny taste and rubbery the Broccoli was dry... and cold at best, we asked to speak to someone the manager came over said he would fix us another order so we ordered burgersand fries, fries cold and burger Luke warm never saw the manager again didn't follow up on our table or bring it out to see ifit was ok. The waitress brought the ticket said $30 no we need a discount and she brought it back for $15 the manager had to doit and he still didn't come out. I feel bad for the waitress. They need a kitchen sweep and check there managers very poorcustomer service. Very Disappointed. It took 2 1/2 hrs we went at 6 and 8:30 we left the restaurant had few tables. Poorexperience. I ordered online and curbside. I ordered a Oriental Chicken Wrap with fries. The wrap was good but the fries were terrible. They... were cold and soggy. The order took 20 minutes to prepare before pick up was made. There is no reason for bad fries. They arecheap and so not take long to make fresh. Thank you. Read more

Twice my order was wrong. A bacon cheeseburger lettuce wrap without tomatoes is what I order and the first picture is what I... got. I went up there and talked to the manager and still got the wrong thing. I am allergic to flour and tomatoes and the2nd picture had a flour tortilla and tomatoes on it. Plus forgot my fries both times and to ask about my fries that theyforgot about with first messed up order. On top of this I am not even from here and had to go up there twice in traffic I don'tlike dealing with. Read more

Waiter was a little awkward & needs more training but did an okay/fair job. The setting of workers need to be a tad bit more... professional but they are nice. My FOOD was GREAT & hot. My drink was delicious as well. Read more
