I never review fast food places because usually it?s just fine but this was our WORST Freddy?s experience yet! Not only did they... forget to give us our cheese curds (which cost extra), but they didn?t give us straws, napkins, or fry sauce (which wespecifically asked for). They also didn?t put any onions on the patty melt and it barely had any cheese on it. It was super fryand burnt. I tried calling but no one answered. Just such a waste of money. Read more

Every time I have visited this restaurant it is always awesome. Never have I had a bad experience with this establishment. Could... eat a #2 everyday. We like Freddy's Hamburgers when done correctly. But this location can almost never get an order correctly. This time we ordered... two custom hamburgers, two shakes and an order of onion rings. Neither hamburger was made correctly. One of the shakes wasincorrect and the onion rings were missing. We asked him to correct it and we still got an incorrectly made hamburger. Sadly,they are consistent. We have learned to open and go through the order at the drive-thru before moving on because the orders arealmost never correct. We almost never go to the Freddy's now because we know that it will take a long time to get the ordercorrect. It's like nobody working here wants to try to do it right. Read more

Dirty facility and rude employees. They were out of menu items and the employees were not apologetic or kind when asked about... it. Asked for ketchup and she was mad when she handed me 2 packs for 3 meals and I asked for more she just tossed container atme and walked away . Lived in Raytown for 50 years and will never go back. When we ordered food they didn?t say they didn?thave it. It just was not on your tray when you picked up your order. The one star I gave you is very generous. Read more

I was visiting my daughter, son in law and grabs kids and they told me about this place. I was very impressed. That smashed... burger was to die for. I wish we had one in washington. Those cheese curds are absolutely delicious. I was surprised when ibought a large cheese curd, how little there was, especially when i paid the 7.50 about the same price i paid for the burger. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars. Over all i loved how friendly the workers were. Read more

Oh my goodness what can I say, nothing good that's for sure! I was heading to Raytown to do some business and asked a friend to... come with me, told her we should eat at Freddy's that it was really good she had not eaten there before. This place was filthy,everywhere! Especially in the cooking areas, it was "Disgusting!" I asked to see a manager and was immediately attacked verballyby five workers and was told there was no manager on duty! They were all very young and very argumentative! It was absolutelythe worst, filthiest restaurant I have ever been in in my 60 years on this planet! Shame on you Raytown Freddy's! Read more

Delicious bacon cheeseburgers! Bacon done just right and not overly salty. Onion rings were amazing! Fried to perfection! But... the patty melt was just ok ~ a bit thin and the bread didn't hold up well. Price was a bit high ($16 for one burger and a pattymelt combo). Friendly staff. Would return. Read more
