Loved the sandwich till I found two extra toppings? dead gnats. Will not be going back
This is the worst corporation I have ever worked for or ate at. There?s mold in the ice machine. They hire basically every... family member they have, and cuts hours of anybody else. It?s a nightmare to eat at, as the meat and vegetables are rarely freshlike they claim. The workers are constantly going outside to smoke marijuana, not to mention they scored within the worst 25% ofJimmy Johns in terms of sales and audit score. I have to tell you on this particular day these guys got it right on the money. They had a good customer service etiquette. For... an item they didn't have they suggested a substitution that would be just as good. Definitely like that. I get a little nervouswhen I see a couple Young Folks running the show but the young man that was in charge and the young lady and the young man thatworked with him got it right. I definitely look forward to eating there again. And I hope they continue to keep up the goodwork. Read more

I ordered a Club Lulu, and asked to have panko crumbs from a limited sandwich on mine. The girl said they literally not allowed... to use them on any other sañdwich. However, I could pay $1.00 more to order the limited time sandwich and have everythingremoved except the panko crumbs. She said she already wrapped my sandwich, and she wasn't allowed to make my sandwich the way Iasked. I find it ridiculous. I would've paid for the panko crumbs. But a whole dollar is ridiculous. After a severe storm, our power was out so we decided to go to Jimmy Johns for dinner. Apparently we were not the only ones with... this idea. We were the only ones in the store at first, but they were hecka busy with drive-through and online orders. We waitedthe longest we have ever waited for our sandwiches, but the staff was clearly doing their best. I've never gotten a bad sandwichhere or poor service. This is a top-notch staff. I swear any large chain restaurant or brand can come to Raytown and immediately become the worst location in the Kansas City... metropolitan area. Doesn?t matter if the company has policies and procedures. If you open up a location in Raytown you will getthe worst of the worst employees and your business will suffer. I wish I could come to this restaurant and things would be inorder. Food is never done even when you give them 20+ minutes to make a sandwich. Ordering ahead here it?s not really orderingahead.
