Finally found a place that serves amazing Cantonese food. Five stars for sure solely for this reason. Hawaii definitely isn’t... the origin of Chinese food but has adopted their food with great success from Chinese immigrants. The Pork Fried Ricedefinitely brings back memories growing up in Hawaii. Pay attention Kansas and Missouri restaurants serving Fried Rice...Go hereif you want to know what fried rice really tastes like. I’ve spent my fair share around here tasting friend rice and this wasthe best by far, hands down. This is not a difficult dish. Other places I’ve seen get carried away with such a simple dish andothers don’t prepare the rice correctly or use the correct grain. Suggestion: Add as an option: two fried eggs over the friedrice. Other observations worth mentioning though. Egg foo yung was slightly burnt and the batter for the Walnut shrimp was alittle to excessive. More batter than shrimp. Beef Vegetables Special with Noodles didn’t come with enough noodles. Read more
