Ordered a pizza online. Said 18 to 20 minutes for delivery. After 30 minutes I got a text it was arriving. After 45 minutes,... still had no pizza and called. They couldn't do anything and had no way to contact the driver bc it was a DoorDash driver...ifI wanted DoorDash I would have used DoorDash, smh. I called the number for the driver, Malissa J., from the tracker on my app,and it was out of service. Asked for a refund, and now have to wait 24 to 48 hours for my money back...and an hour and a halfat 1130 at night with nowhere else to order food and no car, and never got a pizza. Read more

My pizza took 1:30 min. Cooled box was wet called put on hold second time late in a week....bad for business....

Ordered 5 pizzas for a work event. It was last minute and the address was a little confusing so I was communicating with the... driver, that was to be expected and we appreciated them working with us. What is unprofessional, is the driver was sitting inthe car smoking when he was aproached for the pizza. Apparently it wasn't cigarette smoke. He still got a tip, but come on PapaJohn's. Read more

Management unbelievably rude. This location used to be good. So good I let it slide a couple times I ordered extra?s and didn?t... receive them. I ordered delivery. The entire order from crust to toppings was incorrect. After paying delivery fees and tipping,I had to drive to store anyway because after 17 straight minutes they would not answer phone. When I got there the employeeswere very nice. I explained I paid delivery fees and tip and still had to come in because order was incorrect and I did notreceive extra sauce I paid for. I got a refund and was told pizza would be remade correctly. After waiting in car with 9 y/oabout 20 minutes I went back into the store and said I was picking up a remake. The manager looked up my name and said ?you gota refund, you get no pizza.? I pointed to employee whom was a supposed manager and said he told me they would remake my pizza.He said ?I was not here? I let him know I passed time waiting because I was told it would be remade. He again said ?I was nothere, it was refunded so no pizza?. I walked out to car. I then came back in and said sir what?s your name can you write itdown? He says ? I literally have no way to write it down ? after shuffling some receipt paper and pretending to look for a pen.So I ask again for him to give me his name. He said ?you can leave?. I have never seen a store manager so rude. Employees werenicer than manager. And they should go back to company employed drivers. It was quicker and all order items would show up. Read more

Ordered pizza at 6:15 p.m., the app gave the standard 14-24 minute wait time. We waited 20 minutes before even heading toward... the restaurant. Once we pulled into the parking lot, I noticed my pizza had "dropped off" the tracker (in other words, it wasn'tshowing as received, being prepped, in the oven, etc.) My husband went inside to check and make sure that they had in factreceived our pizza order. After 10 minutes or so of being ignored by both of the two employees working, one employee checkedand saw that our order had been received, but not yet made. The employee said they would start working on it right away (we arenow about 45 minutes after the initial order was placed). Twenty-five minutes later I get the text message that my pizza is inthe oven and about fifteen minute or so later, I check the pizza tracker and it shows the pizza is ready. It took anotherfifteen minutes to get the employee running the front counter to check and see if our pizza was really ready. He liked to stayaway as much as possible from the front counter. He went to look for the pizza and instead took a smoke break. Two hours afterour initial order, we asked about the pizza again only to be told that they couldn't find it. In hour and a half that we werein the lobby, we saw pizzas being made, but none left the building. So our pizza should have been there. By the time, we askedfor a refund and left there were three employees and lots of pizzas setting on counters getting cold. When another customerasked if they could turn off the online ordering so that they could catch up, an employee (manager?) responding by yelling ather. I tried to cut them some slack, since they were very much slammed, but it's really hard to have compassion for them whenthey were more concerned about smoke breaks than getting the orders completed. I asked for a chicken pizza they gave me this cold and hard and took over a hour in the half !!! Never will I ever again!!!! And... My food was hard and cold and I asked for New York style cut in squares and as you see nothing was cut in square Read more

The New Yorker Pizza was good, but if I order it again I'll tell them to go light on the Sauce. They did burned the Pizza around... the edges. Read more

Order on the app. Never received my pizza. On hold for hours. Next day finally reached the store and manager hung up on me. Went... to the store and was told yes I paid Pappa John's but they chose to give it to door dash and now says door dash has to refundme for pizza I never received.. manager rude.. store dirty.. will take your money and not care . I can not explain the amount ofhours on the phone trying to get my money back got a pizza I never received. Everyone passed the ball right down to cust service. They stole from me and made me feel like it's my fault they choose to use door dash. I did not give them permission to sharemy info. They never asked. Just gave it to a 3rd party and pushed me off on them. I have video I will be sharing across allsites. Read more
