I ordered on the app when I got there I was told they didn't have any onion rings like I had ordered and after getting home with... food I learned that I may have paid for add ons but that of course doesn't mean you are going to get this added on sadly. Read more

The carhops here are always very friendly and I appreciate that. BUT the last several visits I've made, some part of the meal... has been severely overcooked/fried--onion rings, chicken tenders, chicken slinger, etc. It makes it pretty much inedible and awaste of money. Please, do better! Read more

The Raytown location made me go back through the line to add a shake to my order. Not very accommodating. The worker was nice... though. She told me Malts haven't been on the menu for 2 years. Bring back the Vanilla Malt! I settled for the strawberrybanana milk shake. It was good. Read more

Waited over 10 minutes for just a tea, that I ended up never getting. Two cars who arrived after me, received their food orders... before me. I tried calling store, they never answered any of my 10 calls. I called the Sonic 800 number, who was not any help. They referred me back to the store. Gave up on getting my $3 back, not worth the fight. Read more

This sonic is the worst in the area. Have gone there multiple times an 1hr+ before they close but they are always closing early.... Their hours are listed to close at 8pm which is already early for a fast food restaurant, but today on 9/20 I went there andthey closed at 6:30pm. Not sure why they remodeled if they don?t want business. Read more

I give them "0" (zero) stars but this app makes you give them at least 1 in order to post. I ordered my food and sat there... waiting for 20 minutes while I watched customers that came after me get their orders and leave. Also, the car hops were insideand I could see them eating. . .on the clock while customers wait. Never will I go back to this location. Horrible service andattitudes toward the customer. I left without getting my order!!! Read more

Ok, I know it was 7:45pm when I went to sonic. I sit at a speaker stall for 15mins pushed speaker button twice no response. So I... went thru drive thru took forever and only 3 cars ahead of me. 30mins has past and I finally got my order. Burger so dry andburnt was probably reheated from Lunch, fries were very cold dried out and too tough to chew. I see no improvement even with allnew building and staff. Read more

Need better customer service and not let people sit at the speaker 5,10,15 plus min without saying ANYTHING even after the 5... cars in front have gotten their food and left. Short staffed or not it takes 2 seconds to let the customer know you will be withthem Read more
