The bathroom was clean, the staff looked tired but friendly. My dad and I stopped there though after traveling for 3 days from... AZ and we parked with the rigs in our uhaul towing my van, then as I was falling asleep, a random person came over and told uswe weren't allowed to park there... I then called the Pilot to see why we weren't allowed to as we had parked the same way atthe last truck stops we had parked at and they said it was unsafe for us and the rigs even though we had parked that same waymultiple times. They did say we could park elsewhere but everywhere we were allowed to park had lots of lights and we weretrying to sleep. Never in the three days across AZ, NM or TX had we ever been told we weren't allowed to park somewhere and itwasn't even staff that told us initially until I called and the excuse given seemed either made up or BS because we had neverhad an issue with a truck pulling out from beside us in three different states. Seemed like they just didn't want us therebecause we were in a uhaul not a full rig so thank you for the lack of sleep and the rudeness. Not going to stop at anotherPilot or Flying J again unless I absolutely have to fuel up to get home to my two small children safely. Thanks for nothing. Read more

Was a grey hound stop but It's clean well stocked has travel gifts pillows shirts etc along side hot food plus the typical store... items. Clean bathrooms and they have showers. There's also a Wendy's attached it was good and the staff were fast and nice Read more
We stopped here at 1am and it was good to see it was busy despite the construction blocking the entrances. To me, when a gas... station is hopping in the middle of the night, it makes me feel safer and tells me it's a good establishment. The shop wasclean and so were the restrooms. The gas price was a few cents better than others we passed. And as we walked in, the storeclerk greeted us and then bid us farewell as we walked out ???? Read more
