Multiple times I have mobile ordered from this chipotle, because you can only mobile order which is fine. However, half the time... I go to pick up my order the restaurant is closed despite the mobile order going through and the hours online saying therestaurant is open. I am glad they close if staffing ratios are not safe, but I wish there was some way for the store to turnoff mobile ordering when they're closed so I stop having to bother customer service for refunds. Then, if I actually havesuccessfully been able to get my order half the time I wait a long time for it (often twenty to thirty minutes past my pickuptime-which is fine as I know the staff are all working SO SO hard and probably doing the job of 5 people as 1 person) but myorder often ends up being completely wrong (not just one or two fillings, usually every filling is incorrect). I know the staffinside is working so hard despite the challenges they face, and they will always be kind and hardworking, but just be carefulwhen ordering here! Read more

Placed on online order for a burrito and chips with queso. Picked up my order and turned around halfway home when I realized... there were no chips in my bag. (I was fine with it, things happen) but I was shocked and disappointed when I got there and saidto the kid that handed me my order ?you guys forgot the chips in my order? and with no care he responded ?ya we?re out ofchips??and I was like okay so now I just have queso? and waited for any type of remedy to be made (like a refund for a item Ididn?t even get) and all I got was ?ya sorry???.so you let your customers pay for items they don?t receive and then do nothingto fix it? Workers are usually nice, and don't have many problems with food quality or order accuracy. However, they are often accepting... orders while they are closed, and are almost always online only. Have wasted several lunch breaks going to the location to findout they are closed with a note on the door. Read more

I order online for this location because the Woburn and Burlington locations are awful. I place my order. I show up 15 minutes... later at 7pm, this location closes at 8pm. If they weren't supposed to be open the app would say they're closed. I show up andthey're closed. So they charged my card, confirmed my order, and the restaurant was closed. I hate Chipotle. This is the mostpoorly run area. Their regional manager needs to be fired. This is atrocious Read more

If you want food from the 46 Walkers Brook Drive location DO NOT order online, instead call the location first to be sure they... are actually open. There is a good chance it shows open online but is actually closed. Your online order will process, youwill be charged, and then you will show up at an empty locked store to pick up nothing. The food is exactly what you'd expectfrom Chipotle... assuming you get any. Read more

Typical experience with this chipotle: Gather orders, pay, and drive all the way there to find out they?re closed, call support... to get your money back, re-place your order to the Woburn chipotle, drive all the way over there. So bad it actually made meannoyed enough to write a review. Read more

It's a typical Chipotle, convenient location with lots of free parking. The interiors could use some decor (the white walls and... grey exposed ceiling structure don't contribute much to a pleasant and enjoyable visit). I visited around 12:15 pm on a Friday,lunch time. There were several people waiting in line, as only one guy was at the serving area, but the employees in the kitchenworked diligently and efficiently. The food was good, like any other Chipotle. Part of the drinking fountain did not work, andthe cashier didn't have enough change for larger cash bills. I appreciated the recycling bins, they even take aluminum. Therestroom was clean, with a dual flush toilet. Thumbs up for both ???? Considering the general shortage in workers in thiseconomy, they're doing a good job here. Read more

Do not order from this restaurant, you have a very slim chance of actually getting your food, this has been going on for weeks.... This location has no respect for their customers time and likes to leave online ordering active while the location is closedwith a sign on the door. Not only do customers get sent home disappointed without their meal, they have to waste more time withChipotle support asking for their refund. How irresponsible can you be? I expected better from a national brand. This locationwill be going out of business in 2022, I'd put money on that. There is no management or accountability at this location, pleasemake room for a restaurant that can actually serve its customers. Read more
