I used to go to this location all the time but over time this place has become more and more inconsistent and the employees seem... to have no idea what they are doing. Whatever drink I order it is always made wrong. Instead of taking it the way they handed itto me (clearly made incorrectly) this time I asked if it could possibly be remade because it didn't look right. The employeeliterally rolled her eyes at me even though I had already been waiting at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes for a drink.She tried to hand it back to me basically the same way so I said I did not want it and can I please have my money back. Anotheremployee got involved and actually yelled at me that giving my money back would take too long. So I had to take the drink madeincorrectly and never even took a sip. Needless to say I will never go back here and management seriously needs to make somechanges. Read more
This is the most incompetent dunkins I've ever had the displeasure to order from. The only redeeming quality is that it's inside... a great gas station. Read more
Had a pumpkin spice latte here after getting gas. I was happy with the latte, especially for the price. The Dunkin' is inside... the gas station convenience store. The place is clean and there are a couple of seats available if you want to eat in. Read more
The food is good the drinks are good and the majority of the people that work here are great but there?s one woman named Marie... who works at the front register who single handedly is so awful that she brought my review from five stars to one star sheshould not be working here! She sighs after everything you order even if you?re ordering one coffee she gets mad if you orderanything more than one drink she moves slower than Internet explorer she?s horrible to the people she works with and she makesracist comments all the time this is not acceptable Dunkins you need to do something about it Read more
The WORST Dunks/coffee shop I have ever been to. I'd rather get an incorrect order a million times over the rudeness they serve... here. They Always tell you to hold on at the speaker, and there is NO one in line. You wait at least a couple of minutes, thenthey Rush you as if they are insanely busy, still, No one in line. You drive up, pay, and 90% of the time, your order comes outwrong. I've called to just let them know in the case they offer to remake it for me whenever I go again. Whoever answered justsays, "Well. I'm Sorry. ....." and I asked if they would make me another the next time I'm there. She said, "You can come back."When I told her I'm already on the highway, she said, "Uh, ok.", and she hung up. Then when we were back, the man argued thathe didn't charge us for bacon (that wasn't in the sandwich). We told him it's included. He was quick to tell us as if we arewrong, and we told him it's On the menu board, and he denied it. LOL So for the sake of teaching him his own menu, we showed himon our phones. He wanted to take the phone to see, but I wouldn't let him hold it and zoomed in for him. After 5 minutes ofsaying we just want our money back, he basically begged us to wait for a new one after we said it's ok, we don't want it anymoreand we'll come back another day when the manager is in to refund us. Incompetent. Literally all you have to do is press a button on the machine that says small medium or large for cream. Whoever was working the evening of October 20th, both employee and manager, were absolutely horrible. Sat at the order window... for about 5 minutes and no one serviced me. So I drove up to the pickup window, just to get rude service, no apology, and thewrong coffee AND donut order. Fantastic. Read more
