After waiting 5-6 cars at the drive-thru, I got to the speaker but the audio quality was terrible/unclear & volume was too low.... It sounded like Charlie Brown?s teacher. About halfway through my order, she asked me some 2-word question about one of myitems, & I couldn?t for the life of me, figure out what she was saying. I told her I didn?t understand & we went back & forthlike 5 times w/ her repeating the exact same couple-word thing before I gave up & just drove off. Read more
I simply asked the guy to ADD more coffee in my drink and he refused! It?s not a good way to do business!
This is the worst dunks I ever go to. Usually wrong order, long wait, rude staff. It's dunkin... donuts are hard after 2pm and coffee is never the same twice
It was 8pm on the dot and nobody but me around, still had coffee and donuts stacked, everything still working and this guy tells... me closed. You couldn't just give me ONE donut out of the 75 donuts you are going to throw away anyways? Dunkin donuts wastes somuch "food" its unbelievable. Normally I don?t post reviews of places like these because I know they are usually just people trying their best in a fast paced... environment. The people who work here do not try at all, and there is a consistent 5 minute wait at the drive through speaker.When you go in to the store, the order is usually wrong. The hash browns and bagels are burnt a lot of the time, and the coffeetastes somewhat watered down. Read more
Easily the worst Dunkin' donuts and or food coffee place I've ever been to in my life. You order from the counter and ask for... one cream one sugar. They give you 17 creams and 48 sugar. It does not matter what you order. You're going to get it wrong andit's going to take about 45 minutes even though there's nobody else in line or in the store. I've never been to a store that isso constantly horrible. I cannot believe this place is even allowed to be open and have the franchises name on it. There's aStarbucks across the street.
