If I could leave a 0 I would! This place is awful, we walked in at 7:45pm and the employee making subs looked up at us, rolled... her eyes multiple times and shook her head. She was very rude to the person ahead of us at which point we told them we wouldnot be doing business here very again! This is not the first time this has happened at this location, this is the THIRD! Customer service is your job no matter what! Read more

Everytime i go to this location it is slow so i called and ordered ahead of time. The date is 8/23/21 and i went in around 7:00... pm. The teenager working told me it would be a 25 minute wait for 3 subs. I came in 5 minutes early and my subs were all colddespite being "double toasted". My bread was also very soggy like it had been made 15 miniutes ago. I also asked for extra extramayo and got little to none. I called when i noticed and was told i cant have new subs or a refund. I waited 20 minutes for one person a head of me in line. The lady was rude. There was no veggies in show case. Fly's every where... on the meat. So the lady goes back to get veggies touching all door knobs cooler door and storage door that needs to back roomwith her gloved hands then came back and was handling the veggies with the same glove she use to open all the doors. Not gettingnew gloves or cleaning the ones she already had on. This is how covid spreads. I asked for bread they didnt have. Then I askedabout a menu item they couldn't tell me about cause know one knew about it. But was written on the board plan as day. Justlazyness. Im pretty sure she was managament. And no name tag. I ordered a steak club sub and there was no steak on the sub I also ordered a turkey sub with xtra mayonnaise and there was... barely any mayonnaise I called and told them about the mistake and they said I can bring the sub back and they can fix it. Iasked if they could give me a credit or something and they said they can?t do that. I feel like they should make me a new subfor the steak club and I would have taken some mayonnaise on the side but they were too busy to correct their mistake Read more

I was very disappointed in the lack of service. Came in with a group of friends and both the gas station clerk and the subway... worker made rude remarks and complained about us coming in. We were not welcomed there so we went to pizza barn where theservice was great. Neither the citgo gas station or the subway will ever get my business again. Read more
