They helped me use the Kiahx I did not know how to use it.The attendant was very friendly towards me. The building was also very... clean and the employees attitude was pleasant and understanding. Very helpful overall, great food and staff. I appreciate theeffort put into maintaining this environment! P.S. I don?t know why the dog is here. I can?t get her to leave the review. I ordered two kids meals, two big macs, and two orders of fries. Both big macs had only one beef patty and nothing on the top... bun. Absolutely ridiculous. Fries were cold. Was handed two bags, two pails, and two chocolate milks and told they had no bagsfor all my stuff. I'm about done with lazy employees. Read more

I'm here for lunch every week. The girls working the drive thru windows are always smiling, always polite, always happily... interact with me. Awesome people here. Great job to their team and all their hard work! Read more

I've tried to give this place the benefit of doubt time and time again but it's always a let down. They never get my orders... correct, or their credit card machine is down and they make you aware of that as you pull up to the window 5 minutes aftertaking your order. I've been in the lobby before with 3 other people and it has taken 27 minutes to get my order. I understandplaces are short staffed right now, I deal with it at my job and I'm okay with waiting, as long as I receive exactly what Iordered. Nothing more frustrating than waiting that entire time only to be given the wrong food and have to wait evenlonger. Oh and another time I was in there, waiting a long while with a lot of customers, clearly backed up and the manager wasjust sitting there on her laptop doing paperwork. I know it needs to be done but during a breakfast rush, you'd think she'dsaddle up and get on the line and help. Lead by example. A waffle house in this location would be nice. Read more

I don?t know if it?s a staff issue or what but every time I hit this place up before work, there?s a line 10 cars deep. It?s... every. single. time. You?d think they?d try to plan for the rush but it?s always a 20 minute ordeal at least to use the drivethrough. Staff is mostly friendly though except the short white dude with dyed hair, dude is always miserable and won?t evenacknowledge you when you say thanks. Read more

The app wasn't working, that really wasn't a surprise. So I placed my order for inside pickup, I got my food within about 2 to 3... minutes very fast. However, I got a crispy chicken sandwich that to my guess is old because it was stale and stringy. It would seem that McDonalds has started to make in-store customers a lower priority. On this visit, I waited 5 minutes between... placing my order and being allowed to make a cash payment. Then another 10 minutes to receive my food. There was very littleinteraction with the staff during the delays. They did look at me standing at the counter a couple of times, but it took amanager saying something before someone would even acknowledge me standing there. Read more
