After a few years of being out of the area, I returned to the 3rd & Spruce for lunch. Taylor was our server and she was great!... We had a party of 5 and she constantly checked on us. The cutting board appetizer was a perfect mix of pickles, sausage, cheeseand pretzel bites served with mustard. I ordered the Patty Melt which is normally my "go to". I had my birthday party in the upstairs part of the drafthaus and everything was handled awesome! I love the honor system Jared... utilized when booking my party and the ease of how everything fell in its place. Jenn was our bartender at the upstairs bar andshe handled the crowd wonderfully. I had just under 50 people there. Upstairs has its own bathrooms for your guests too. Foodwas great and entertainment was great too! 5 stars for the burger and sandwich. 5 stars for the service. 4 stars for the wing sauces. The wings themselves were a good size... and very plump - no problems there. The sauces were just not very flavorful. Perhaps we chose poorly. We were here on a Tuesdayfor lunch on a warm day and they had the front porch doors open and it was very nice.
