It was my first time eating at BO?s and my girlfriend told me I just had to try it. This location was new to both of us too. We... came in at night and the cashier was very busy and still was kind enough to take care of us in a timely manner, I appreciatethat! However as the night went on we noticed some employees watching videos in a group in the dinning area. I also noticed somerather colorful language too. Have not been to this place since the early '90's. Wanted something to eat for lunch and supper. Had the 2 piece thigh and leg... with Mac and cheese and Cole slaw. Sorry guys...30 minutes in the drive thru, 48$ and you got order all wrong...chicken was great kudos to the cook...but staff... needs a lot more training in getting the orders out faster and correct! Read more

Really enjoyed my spicy chicken tenders.... one of my new favorite places if I am in the area. Wish they had a second pickup... window inside. With a line of people that had just ordered, made for a huge backlog of different parties standing shoulder toshoulder. Order did not come out in order of who ordered, which makes sense because they did a huge amount of large familyboxes. Love me some big buckets o' greasy chicken. So happy to have a Bojangles here in Reading. Truly a blessing. I should really go... more often. But that requires a trip out to Fifth Street, and that's where the crazies are. For the times when I feel likeflirting with death, I drive out there and pick up a family combo meal for 10. It's right next to Popeye's, but screw Popeye's.They always forget something in my order. If Bojangles ever does away with their Dirty Rice, I will no longer be a patron. Thechicken is good, but the Dirty Rice is what sets them apart from "the other guys." I could eat a truckload and not regretit. The chicken wars are heating up. Contenders everywhere.
