Fairly fast drive thru and no problems with customer service. Price of the product seems to be going way up.. but, in today's... time.. I suppose, what isn't going up in price? Overall good service and what's to be expected for a Burger King. Nothing standsout or screams excellence.. but what do I want from a fast food burger joint at 1am?? 7/10 Read more
We just stopped by the drive thru for a quick bite and the person taking our order has no clue. She gave us food off the value... menu instead of the actual value meal. Completely didn?t get two other items we ordered. They were out of coke and iced tea.Horrible experience Read more
More employees than needed. Quality of burgers is horrible for the price. What happened to putting tomatoes, lettuce and onions... on roll without asking for it and then paying extra for it? All Burger King burgers look the same. Give me $15 an hour to showyou how real people work. Also charged for 3 extra sauce and didn't receive them. Read more
I order from here often, Almost every time *something* ends up wrong in the order. Whether it be missing items, cold food,... something missing a particular item. **but this takes the cake**. We ordered from UberEats a set of 7 items (two of which hadorders of fries with them). The main bag was not sealed (they didn't even remove the covering for the adhesives!) The two otherbags were not sealed (the stickers weren't even covering the openings) MISSING Double-Whopper (no mayo no tomato) WRONGDouble-Whopper (no pickles or onions, had both) MISSING Spicy Chicken (add pickles and onions, remove mayo and tomato) WRONGspicy chicken (ordered spicy, got normal, it had no tomato and had cheese, we didn't even order cheese on anything!) We got thefries, a normal whopper and a normal crispy chicken too, which were (from what we can tell visibly) correct. But this is theWORST messed up order we've had here in every order I've done. This was a disaster! I can handle a few mistakes, but this waspractically our ENTIRE ORDER messed up. **60 dollars** spent total (including fees for delivery and such through Uber), and onlyabout 13 bucks of it was actually what we ordered!
