Went for the seasonal booberry ice cream. Cake Batter flavor colored black. Once a year treat. The medium waffle cup was too... much for me. Next time, I'll get a small. It was good with the toppings I chose. I wanted some crunchie topping but she neededto tend to other customers. The taste was what you'd expect for that flavor. Only ding was the waffle flavor. It had none. Iwas expecting the waffle texture and taste from when I grew up. This waffle bowl wasn't even close. I won't get the waffle bowlagain. Read more
We ordered a birthday cake from this location and received the wrong order. To make matters worse they used ice cream that... contained almonds, and a family member has life threatening allergies to tree nuts. We called numerous times to ask for arefund since they mixed up our order with that of another customer but never received any compensation even though we werepromised a refund. After many years of ordering cakes from this Cold Stone Creamery, we won?t be ordering from them in thefuture. Read more
The ice cream was delicious, except they gave me a cheap plastic spoon so it was pretty much impossible to scoop out the ice... cream to eat it. This wasn't that big of a deal. I got the sprinkled waffle cone, and the chocolate on it didn't taste all thatgreat. Still, the ice cream was amazing. Read more
Paid over $40 with tip and delivery fee for 1 gotta have it and 2 pints. The gotta have it was WAY bigger and had a lot more ice... cream and toppings than the pints. The pints were the size of a 1 cup measuring cup. Definitely feel I didn't get what I paidfor! Read more
Absolutely love Coldstone and get excited when I see any location! This is the local so it gets the most visits. I love the... create your own options. I literally just left this cold stone without my ice cream. I went to buy a milkshake and a smoothie and the total came to $14... and some change, I tipped $2.00 so it made it $16 and some cents. I go to pay with my card and first I was charged twice and Iwas refunded the money for the second charge, but still was charged the initial payment of $16 and some change. The girl thatrang me up ask her co worker for help who later on called the manger. He explained to the manager what happen and gave the phoneto me. I explained to the manager what happen, immediately he said unfortunately there?s nothing he can do. He also stated Iwould have to be charged again for the milkshake and smoothie even though I?ve already been charged. I ask him how is that fairwhen I already paid. After go back and fourth for a few moments, I then ask if I could have the regional manager number or hisbosses number. He told me he?s the owner and he has a business to uphold. I ask him if he would pay for something twice hedidn?t get, he flat out told me no he wouldn?t, so I ask him so why would I. To me Man Preef which is the Owner of thislocation cared more about $16 than a customer satisfaction. He honestly cared more about him not getting his $16 then takingcare of the customer. Just to set the record straight I personally don?t believe the customers are always right, but this time Iwas right, especially when the money has already been deducted from my account. Read more
