Extremely disappointed. Ordered a mint oreo blizzard with hot fudge in the middle. There was no hot fudge. Asked them for a new... blizzard that had hot fudge. These extremely lazy people decided to add so much hot fudge to the melted ice cream and mix it.They gave me chocolate mint soup. Absolutely ridiculous and inedible. Please do better Dairy Queen. My brother and I stopped past this store last night. We received disrespectful customer service. We tried to open the door and... it was locked.. so we knocked on the window to get their attention. At least 3-4 people just looked at us and ignored us. So weproceeded to try the drive-thru and they took our order.... only to make my small and large royal blizzards wrong. Read more
Taking away my 3 stars because we went to dq tonight bad service food cold,had rewards but got charged for my food.if I wasn't... the passenger I would of not left the drive-thru the girl refused to scan my phone, the chicken strip were free but I gotcharged. Had a late night run for a quick bite and ice cream. Ordered a cheese burger and 4 piece chicken strips meal with a peanut... butter cup blizzard and an oreo cupfection. The chicken strips were playing with no option but the ranch dressing cup that camewith it. The burger was also not inspired and had too much mustard on it. The Oreo cupfection was a bit underwhelming as Ididn't see much other then a brownie and some soft serve. Nothing more than some chocolate sauce and I didn't get any toppingotherwise. The peanut butter cup blizzard was mistakingly turned into a mint chocolate chip blizzard so the review is a decentmint chocolate chip cup but was not ordered. Although there were 3 cars in the drive through no special instructions this wasthe first time Ive ordered food at a DQ. I can't say as I would recommend this experience but I know that the establishment ismostly known for its soft serve so probably more for a quick cone or milkshake. This was a drive through so maybe going in wouldhave produced better results. Read more
