I honestly can?t believe this store has any bad reviews. They always make my order right, answer the phone on time, and their... customer service is better than any dominos I?ve been to in Reading. I ordered from here and I live 5 minutes away. Not only did the driver show up 2 hours late, but they pulled up to my house and... honked the horn acting like I have super hearing and was waiting in the comfort of her car for 1 minute then drives off with myorder and went back to the store. Clearly you guys need better drivers because the driver ( Lisandra or crystal) whoever she isdoesn?t need her job if she is going to provide poor customer service like this. Not to mention she wanted to fight my wife whenI called her telling her she just left with our food. ???????? talk about customer service lol. She needs to re-evaluate herlife before she loose her only job. Very degrading and nobody has time to fight especially when you have hungry customers. *update... They called me and asked if I still wanted order. Told them okay. Said they could get it in 30 minutes .... Meanwhile... almost 2 hours later... Still not answering phone. Ordered online 2 hours ago. Tracker said delivered, no one answering phoneat store. Ridiculous! Want my $ back! Read more
I just want to say that I?m very grateful to the employees at this location. I grabbed my pizza, and ended up having a situation... outside. They held my pizza no questions asked while I handled the situation, and were very attentive and kind to me when I wentback to get my pizza. Thank you guys so much! (They?re also the best dominos in town. No attitude and they actually make thepizza the way you ordered it!). Read more
