I went in with my family on 7/3/22 and the girl at the register had the absolute worst attitude! I had to continuously repeat... what I wanted because she was too busy rolling her eyes, sucking her teeth and arguing with the young man working with her. Itshouldn't have taken as long as it did for her to grab a few doughnuts. I don't think I'll be going back to this particularlocation. She is not a good look for this place at all!! Read more

As someone who worked here for nearly a year, I would not not pay for most of the options sold here. That isn't to say that its... bad food, but it is certainly not worth the exorbitant price tag from the owners in this area. Read more

Hands down the worst Dunkin in the area. Terrible service and rude interactions. We repeated our orders multiple times and were... still given the wrong items/drinks. I have to order drinks with certain kinds of milk due to allergies and did and was given thewrong milk and ended up getting sick. Read more

This Dunkin has been hit or miss lately, likely due to a lot of turnover. Sometimes sandwiches are ok sometimes burnt. Coffee is... usually always good, but who gets rid of a staple flavor like hazelnut? Read more

My coffee is never correct, food is always cold, and as someone who works at another fast food company, the workers are very... immature. I went into the lobby today and one employee said ?there?s a customer at the counter? and the other responded loudlyby saying ?I really don?t care?. Update: I ordered plain mini bagels and my receipt read plain on it, but I received everythingmini bagels. I didn?t realize until I got home. I called them three times and they wouldn?t answer. Kept going to voicemail andsaying the voicemail box was full. It was a Thursday at 5pm. They aren?t busy that late at night. They just don?t care. Read more

First off I been getting A large hazelnut swirl ice latte for 6 years twice a day. At this location I pay $5.61 the most pay... anywhere. I dread coming to this location the workers have the most horrible attitude and for some reason can never get my largeice latte drink right. When I let them know it wanst made right they always have attitude. Last week I tried to use my freedrink the guy at the window scanned my phone then told me I didn?t have a free drink. I refreshed the app and told him yea I doit?s still showing. He told me no I didn?t otherwise it would have taken it as a free drink. To not complicate things further Ipaid for it with cash. He basically didn?t want me to use my free drink in the app. I came back two days later to the managergiving me attitude telling me the same thing even tho I showed her receipts of me using tht free drink elsewhere letting themknow there was a free drink. Well today I come back bc the DD I go to didn?t have the beans for my latte. The lady in the storetht wears heavy eye makeup looked at me with a nasty look like what do you want. She didn?t even greet me when I walked in. WhenI explain to her I was just in the Drive thru my drink wanst made right. She asked me what did I want her to do. Smh I shouldhave left and asked for a refund but I told her what I wanted and the picture below is how she gave it to me. They need to traintheir employees to first and foremost greet and leave the attitude at home. Everyone I encountered at this location hasattitudes. person who took my order was very sarcastic. I ordered 4 different donuts. crueller, vanilla sprinkles, Boston cream and jelly.... he gave me 2 cruellers and 2 vanilla cream. I also had a coupon for a free coffee, when I looked at my receipt (which I had todrive all the way back for), he had charged me for it. very unprofessional, very inaccurate, and very disappointed. never goingthere again...
